To bolster its savings products, UK startup Flagstone announces Estancia Capital Partners LP's acquisition of a minority stake, injecting £108 million ($139 million). This funding will drive existing investor rewards, consolidation, and worldwide expansion, leveraging Estancia's market expertise.

Flagstone CEO Simon Merchant hails Estancia's investment as crucial amid global funding challenges, enabling the company to seize forthcoming opportunities. Flagstone's platform allows customers to distribute funds across providers, offering incentives and optimizing interest rate fluctuations, akin to St. James's Place and Revolut.

With 600,000+ clients and £11 billion assets under management, Flagstone demonstrates significant success, reporting consistent quarterly asset growth exceeding £1 billion in 2023. The company boasts profitability for the past five quarters, buoyed by expanding business and retail clientele.

Investors including Estancia Capital Partners, OMERS Ventures, Kindred Capital, Volution, and Moneysupermarket Group have injected £149 million into Flagstone. The latest investment combines primary and secondary capital, promising early supporters substantial returns on their investments.
