You can hardly go an hour without reading about generative artificial intelligence in today's world. Although we are yet in the early stages of what some people have referred to as the "steam engine" of the fourth industrial revolution, there is no doubt that "Generational Artificial Intelligence" is shaping up to alter virtually every industry, including the legal system, the healthcare business, and the financial sector, among others.

At the beginning of this month, the chipmaker Nvidia momentarily became the most valuable corporation in the world. It is a behemoth worth $3.3 trillion, and it is driven primarily by the need for artificial intelligence computer capacity.

Onehouse is a Californian firm that has been around for three years and was formed by Vinoth Chandar, who first developed the open-source Apache Hudi project while working as a data architect for Uber. Hudi extends the advantages of data warehouses to data lakes, so establishing what has been known as a "data lakehouse." This "data lakehouse" enables support for tasks such as indexing and running real-time queries on big datasets, regardless of whether the data is structured, unstructured, or semi-structured.

Within the context of bringing two new products to market, Onehouse has announced today that it has successfully raised $35 million in a Series B round of funding. These products are designed to improve the performance of Hudi and reduce the costs of cloud storage and processing.
